Here you will find what you need to know about the policies of Naturally Good Soaps

Paypal is the merchant we use to conduct credit/debit transactions. It is the most dependable and reliable credit card processing method. You do not need to have a paypal account in order to make a purchase.

~Once payment is received items will be shipped via United States Post Office (USPS) Flat Rate Priority Mail.

Rate charges are as follows:

$.01 – $12.00 small flat priority rate box $5.80

$12.01 – $45.00 medium flat priority rate box $12.35

$45.01-74.99 large flat priority rate box $16.85

$75.00 + FREE SHIPPING

~There is a 3 business day turnaround time from date of payment.

~You will always receive notification with delivery confirmation information when your merchandise is packaged for shipment.

~As of August 2009 the NYS Sales tax is now 8.875%

~Tax is not charged for all other states

Due to the nature of bath and body products, I can not accept items for return. However I am always a phone call or email away so please communicate with me so we can resolve the issue. If we can agree on a resolution, I will refund you accordingly for the price of the item but not for shipping and handling.

I welcome custom orders for baby showers, weddings, birthdays etc.. If you are also interested in seeing if I can create a product to meet your needs please use the CONTACT US form and communicate with me what you are interested in.  There is a 2-3 month lead time (for soaps only). Once we have communicated and a product is agreed upon, a 50% deposit is required. Once products are ready for shipment, then the balance must be paid in full. Price includes development of product (if not a stock item), packaging, label design and final product.

Naturally Good Soaps, LLC has a  NON REFUNDABLE policy.

~50% CREDIT: If you contact me 3 days prior of the class date, you will receive a 50% credit towards the same class or another class of your choice.

~NO SHOW: If you do not appear for a class your payment is non refundable and non transferable.

If you need to reschedule you are welcome to do so but you must do this 7 days before the actual workshop date/time.

If you do not show up for class without prior notification, no refund will be provided and you can not transfer credit to another class.

Naturally Good Soaps is committed to protecting your privacy. Your information will never be sold, leased, or given to a third party. If at anytime you would like to be removed from the mailing list please feel free to do so.

Naturally Good Soaps promises to make a product that is beneficial to your skin, the environment and for our four legged friends (to be animal cruelty free). We strive to make products that are beneficial to your mind, body and soul.
