We were on Day 4 of our Indie Cruise and I can’t even explained how super relaxed I was feeling. I am embarrassed to say how much of a newbie I was on this cruise because when the ship stopped far from the port, I couldn’t figure out how they expected us to get to the island. I soon realized with the thousands of other cruisers on our ship that we were going to board another smaller boat that would take us to the island. To be honest, I was really impressed with how everything was timed to precision and there didn’t seem to be any hiccups in the day.
Marilyn and I decided we were going to do an excursion and we headed to the turtle farm. Our tour guide was the best and he was super funny. We learned that the island consumes turtles in the same way Americans consume chicken. As a matter of fact he had such a dry sense of humor that when he cracked a joke it was silly funny. He joked about how turtles tasted like chicken, how you can tell who the tourists are and driving on the road side of the road (left) was suicide. He gave us a really great run down of the history of Grand Cayman (British), the water is amazingly green and blue, all of their food is imported and gas is crazy expensive. The day was beautiful and history lesson was fantastic. I do have proof that I was there because Marilyn did take a photo of me holding a turtle. As a matter this is the only picture I have of myself on this whole trip! LOL
What an amazing trip, what an amazing adventure. It was soon time to get back to the ship to head back to the Port of Miami and one more Master Minding session.

Don’t you look happy and relaxed with Mr. Turtle. We missed the turtles in favor of the dolphins –may next time. Thanks for sharing this summary of how fun and beneficial #IndieCruise MasterMind 2012 was for you and Marilyn. Can’t wait until next year!
